Why are there so many Contact forms on the Internet? Should I simply use my email address?

5. Like many organizations with zero tolerance for spam, dynamic forms allow protection by making an email address invisible to the public and invisible to spam robots. IT recommendeds being cautious when using an email address in forums or when subscribing to newsletters. Important email addresses must never be used as a link on a Web page. If they get spammed, important messages are bound to get lost in the shuffle. If that occurs, it is best to start fresh.

If you have an image editor that you are comfortable with and plenty of time, you can do-it-yourself. Adobe® Photoshop or Macromedia® Fireworks are the best image editors available. There are also free editors. I'm suggesting GIMP, an open-source program with features similar to Adobe Photoshop. The software program included with a digital camera usually has web-enhancement features.

18. Building valuable, trustworthy, long-term business relationships demands maintenance and open-minded communication to reinforce the idea that a customer is always right. Whoever said it first was probably referring to customers who have a clear direction of what they want. Efficiency is sticking to a goal without a lot of divergence so an end result has a chance to turn out the way it was intended.

An efficient organization will have a backup plan to save time when things go wrong. A pioneer knows that things seldom go as planned and are three steps ahead by preparing for the unexpected. Software has the tendency to change unexpectedly. That is why frequent updates are necessary to maintain a system to keep things running smoothly. Frequent backups save more than money.
